Submission of an employment application or owner-operator application through the Site does not create an employment relationship or contractor agreement. All hiring decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to satisfactory completion of the Company's screening process, including but not limited to: verification of CDL credentials and endorsements, drug and alcohol testing in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40, review of driving history through the Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP), verification of employment history, and criminal background check where permitted by law.
